The Advanced Customer Portal enables your customers to have control over their support experience. End users log into the portal where they can:

  • Submit and close tickets
  • View open and closed tickets
  • Contribute additional information
  • Add attachments
  • Search the knowledge base as well as their tickets in general

TeamSupport handles the communication between you and your customers. As updates to the ticket happen by either the Agent or the Customer, the other is notified by email keeping everyone in the loop and informed. Agents can also determine what comments are visible to the customer or not - allowing your team to maintain internal privacy when appropriate.

Allow your customers to record their screen and embed it within their ticket submission. When utilized, will allow for your customers to relay more infomation with ease. Your team will now be able to fully visualize issues for a more clear and precise understanding and resolution.
