John has more than 20 years experience in sales and marketing in the technology and software sector. Prior to joining TeamSupport, he spent 10 years as Senior Director of Membership Development for the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the largest association for the service industry, where he was responsible for driving member sales and business development across multiple service disciplines.
