Inventory and Asset Tracking
TeamSupport's Inventory module allows you to track physical inventory items (or "assets") which have been shipped to customers. Broken into three very intuitive sections, you can manage assets in stock, assets assigned to specific customers and assets that have been written off in what we call the "Junk Yard".
There are three simple tabs within Inventory:
Assigned Inventory that shows all hardware which is currently assigned to a customer. You can search and filter to see specific items using the filter bars at the top of the grid.
Warehouse (unassigned) Inventory that displays a list of all the assets which are not currently shipped but that are available to ship.
Junkyard which shows you assets that are no longer functioning and have been written off. This allows you to keep track of historical assets but in a place where they cannot be shipped to customers or otherwise used.
You can ship, return and edit assets down to the serial number. Everything is kept in a nice, easy to view interface and it is fully integrated with the rest of TeamSupport.
