From the CEO: TeamSupport Talks About Customer Service in Small Business Spotlight

Keeping customers happy is what makes TeamSupport one of the best help desk and customer support software solutions on the market today!

TeamSupport was recently interviewed by FOXBusiness for a Small Business Spotlight feature. I was honored to have had the opportunity to share why we’re known as one of the industry’s best software solutions for customer support and help desk teams.

In the interview I explained that I believe my past experience has contributed to TeamSupport’s success. I realized the importance of customer service while running my previous company–I believe focusing on customer care is critical if you hope to thrive. Here at TeamSupport, we feel the best customer support experience is rooted in team collaboration.

When asked to recall one moment in time, the first thing that came to my mind was when TeamSupport was named one of the Top 10 Web support sites of 2013 by the Association of Support Professionals.
