She was a founding member of two highly successful B2B SaaS startups, SalesLoft (acquired by Vista) and Calendly (a pioneer in product-led growth). Katie also launched her consulting business advising early-stage CEOs and founders, and has become a prominent figure in the customer success and growth stage communities.
An entrepreneur at heart, Katie played a pivotal role in scaling Calendly’s Customer Success team to over 35 members and supporting a 15x revenue increase. At SalesLoft, where she was the 7th hire, Katie contributed to revenue growth from $500k to over $20M in four years. She has a proven track record of founding and optimizing support, onboarding, and customer success functions, as well as driving innovation in competitive markets.

Hélène Vincent is a seasoned leader in customer experience and support. As Vice President of Customer Success at TeamSupport, she drives customer retention, growth, and loyalty by optimizing the end-to-end client journey.
With over a decade of B2B SaaS experience spanning sales, channel partnerships, and customer success, Hélène has a proven track record of scaling teams, building strategic relationships, and growing revenue. She has held key leadership roles at Ready Education, Juno, and EF Education First.
Beyond her corporate leadership, she can be found on social media as the creator of @bestadventurecat, where she collaborates with top pet brands. A graduate of Brown University with a focus on international relations, she combines analytical expertise with a passion for strategic growth and innovation in customer experience.
