TeamSupport was founded in 2008 as the first cloud-based customer support software for B2B companies to help teams collaborate around the customer and break down silos. As B2B companies grew more complex, we knew support can no longer operate in a silo.

In 2025, we launched a new AI-native platform that expands TeamSupport into an end-to-end, post-sales customer operations platform for B2B businesses.
