- New Messaging Channels
Empowering businesses to increase their audience reach, we've added two more messaging channels to our customer chat software: WhatsApp and Google Business Messages.
With WhatsApp, you can reach a global audience through the comfort of their text-like interface. WhatsApp is the worlds most popular, reliable, and secure messaging app.
By linking your Google Business Profile, you can utilize our new integration with Google Business Messages to engage with customers directly from their Google Maps or Search query.
