Customer Service Metrics – The True Test
This was an interesting commentary about customer service metrics and their validity. I know I have had similar experiences with many service providers. It is fascinating how the metrics can actually interfere with providing quality customer service. What kind of service do you strive to provide when no one is testing or watching?
